What formats do you accept?

Where are you located?
I’m based in Austin, Texas, and I accept shipped VHS, VHS-C, Hi8, and MiniDV tapes from anywhere in the U.S.
Do you offer local pickup and drop-off?
Yes. Local pickup and drop-off is available within Austin by appointment for a small fee, depending on location. Please contact me to confirm availability and pricing.
I previously had VHS or MiniDV tapes converted to DVD. Can those DVDs be converted to digital files?
If your tapes were previously converted to DVD, it’s often possible to convert them into computer-viewable video files, depending on how the DVDs were authored. Reach out to confirm availability.
